We will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our website, within 3 days after you receive the item, the received date base on the sign-in date of the post office record. The exchange or refund item must be in original sealed condition without any damage. It’s buyer’s responsibility to pay the returning postage and resending freight. We shall not be responsible for goods lost in transit when sending back. I recommend you to obtain the proof of postage in this case.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by mysurbuy.com within 7 days after delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original condition. You may exchange for the same item or partial refund within 15 days after delivery.
